This film starts with Doctor Rohini who runs a NGO which works against trafficing of girls and sex racketing.
Parallel to this Naveen, who came to city to meet his sister, Thira, witnesses her being kidnapped by a group of people. Now begins the battles of both the lead characters to save Thira.
